Shipping Standards

Herbsnutrition processes your orders quickly to ensure the fastest possible delivery. However, it is still up to DPD and other couriers to get the products to you within 1 to 3 business days.

We employ Herbalife’s Standard Operating Procedures. Shipping standards are provided below to better serve your expectations and ensure consistent quality service.

  • Orders placed before 12:00pm will be sent to the warehouse the same business day. These orders normally ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00pm will be sent to the warehouse the next business day. These orders normally ship the next business day.
  • Orders usually leave the warehouse within 24 hours of processing during business days.
  • Orders placed on holidays, weekends or during the beginning and end of the month can be delayed on rare occasions.
  • Once your order has been submitted, NO changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order before placing it to ensure it is correct.

Damaged Merchandise

In the event you receive damaged merchandise, please retain the original shipping carton and contact the local carrier office immediately to obtain an inspection report. Ask the carrier to return the merchandise (receipt enclosed) to us. Under no circumstances should you attempt to return the merchandise yourself. This is for your own protection.

Lost Merchandise

On rare occasions, merchandise is lost in transit. If this occurs, your order will be replaced only after the shipment has been traced by the carrier. Upon notification of a non-delivery from the carrier, a claim will be filed and the merchandise will be replaced or a credit will be applied to your credit card.

Herbalife guarantees the quality of any product which carries the Herbalife name and certifies that the products manufactured for it meet high standards of freshness and purity for customer use.

We are confident that our customers will find our products satisfactory in every way. However, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any Herbalife product purchased from Herbsnutrition, you may request a refund from Herbsnutrition within thirty (30) days from the date you receive the product. We will offer you a full credit toward the purchase of other Herbalife products or a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs if any).

This guarantee is limited and does not apply to any product intentionally damaged or misused. If you are not satisfied, Herbsnutrition will honor the product guarantee quickly and courteously, according to the following instructions:

  • Make sure that you are using the products consistently. This simple step solves the majority of issues we come across.
  • Contact HerbaOnline.co.uk with any questions regarding product usage or results. We guarantee that results are mandatory for all individuals who use the products consistently and correctly, with our guidance and assistance.
  • If you still would like to return your products, make sure that Herbsnutrition receives your return within thirty (30) days of you first receiving it.

We offer customers a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you’re not fully satisfied with any product for any reason, simply return the unused portion to us within 30 days and you’ll receive a full refund. It’s our way of guaranteeing your complete satisfaction. To make a return, please contact us for full procedure. IMPORTANT: Items that are not returned in their original product container will not be refunded.

Exchanges 

If an item is exchanged, new shipping and handling fees will be applied.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you keep proper Proof of Delivery for any package you ship.
